The Constitutional Conservative: When CNN Points Out President Biden’s Three Lies, You Know It’s a Full-On Pinocchio Moment:

Why Can't Liberals Keep From Lying About Their Policies?

CNN featured President Biden in a Townhall moderated by Anderson Cooper. Biden used this prime-time spot to advocate for his $1.9 Trillion bail-out plan and amnesty for those here illegally. In doing so, even CNN pointed out Biden's three big lies as he tried to convince America to support amnesty and his bail-out.

Analysis:

First, Biden falsely claimed, "the vast majority of the 11 million undocumented [here in the US] are not Hispanics"…in fact, Biden claimed that most of the 11 million illegals came on a plane, had a visa to be here and then simply overstayed their visa and "didn't go home. They didn't come across the Rio Grande [the river separating Texas from Mexico)". This is, of course, not true. As CNN acknowledges, the data is unequivocal as 75%-77% of the approximately 11 million undocumented/illegal people in the US are from Central and South America – Hispanics.

Second, Biden falsely claimed that the minimum wage would be $20 an hour today if the $7.25 federal minimum wage was indexed to inflation. That's just wrong. As CNN stated, "that's not even close to true." If the $7.25 minimum wage standard were linked to inflation, "it would be about $9 today."

Third, Biden claimed that as vice president, he visited China and learned that the Chinese one-child policy would end "because more people are retired than working [in China]." That, again, is a false statement. As CNN points out, "it is not close to true that China has more retired people than working people."

Conclusion:

Much like Obama's lies around Obamacare such as "if you like your doctor you can keep them", Biden and our liberal congressional leaders appear unable to secure support for their extremist policies without lying about the impact of those policies or key facts used to support their far-left agendas.
