Liberal activists know how they hope to change our culture and or the public policies seek are illegal. Thus, those policies or processes used to secure them will likely be overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court, eventually. So, the Leftists have a solution: Dramatically expand the Court so Biden can appoint radical Justices who will affirm the Left’s policy goals.
The radical Left believes they have the media on their side to achieve the previously unthinkable: Packing the Supreme Court with radical activist jurists so even the most extreme policies will be upheld.
Even though America is split down the middle political, with a 50/50 Senate and a presidential election in which just 44,000 more votes would have re-elected President Trump, the radical Left believe they have a mandate to upend societal, legislative, and constitutional norms.
Conclusion:
Biden’s failure to defend the Constitution and the Courts from the most radical fringes of Left’s effort is a grave risk to our nation, an insult to those who sacrificed for this wonderful republic the last 200+ years, and an existential threat to those of us who valuing judicial independence, secure borders, and the ideals represented by the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
