Article I, Section 4, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution (the Election Clause) is Straightforward: Each state legislature is empowered to determine the "times, places and manner" of congressional elections. Yet, Biden, Schumer, and Pelosi seek to eviscerate this constitutional empowerment of state rights by passing H.R. 1, the Left's takeover of elections. H.R. 1, for example, mandates same-day voter registration, online voting options and allows all felons released from prison to vote immediately.

Conclusion:

The Violent-Left know our founding fathers crafted the Constitution to permit states to determine the "manner" in which elections are held. Yet, they don't care. It appears the Left's objective is to ensure liberals are elected in perpetuity, regardless of the Constitution's clear statement and delegation of state's power. We must rise up to challenge the Left; the integrity of our elections demands it!
