Constitutional Conservative: President Trump Sues Big Tech

Analysis:

President Trump is fighting back.  Conservatives everywhere have been victimized by Silicon Valley’s political bias on social media platforms for years.  Now President Trump is saying, “enough is enough.”

Last week, President Trump filed three lawsuits in Federal Court alleging violations of First Amendment rights and looking to invalidate Section 203 of the Communications Decency Act, which the Big Tech companies hide behind to censor conservative voices.

Conclusion:

Big Tech’s anti-competitive, anti-conservative, and politically biased agenda is being exposed for what it is.  President Trump’s lawsuits are another shot in the battle against censorship online.  President Trump’s actions follow Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s price-fixing suit against Google and even the Biden Administration stepping up to reign in these monopolies through Executive Orders.  It seems Republicans and Democrats can all agree that Big Tech is just too big for its own good.
