Constitutional Conservative: Biden Broke the Law By Ending the Remain in Mexico Immigration Policy
Analysis:
In the first seven months, Biden goes 0-3 on trying to violate immigration law. Biden initially suspended and then terminated Trump’s remain in Mexico immigration policy. The policy Trump implemented forced illegal immigrants to remain in Mexico while their efforts to enter the United States legally were completed. Most rational people likely believed this was the law – that until one was legally allowed entrance to our nation (or any nation), that they could not enter. Oh no, that’s not been the case until Trump’s efforts. Those caught illegally entering or already here were allowed mainly to seek “asylum” while they remained here in the US. Often they’d stay over a year or years, while their “asylum” requests very slowly worked through the system.
Conclusion:
In less than eight months, the Biden Administration has gone 0-3 in their flagrant violation of immigration laws. Fortunately for those of us who honor the constitution have state attorneys general willing to fight for liberty, America, and the rule of law. Unfortunately, attorneys general and federal judges can only do so much, and none of their work happens quickly. The people must stand up for liberty and only elect congressional representatives willing to stand up to out-of-control presidents and activists judges. One primary reason Biden violates the law is that congress meekly allows it. We, the voters, are closest to our congressional representatives, and we are less than 15 months from the next election.
