Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Texas law requires us to use our best efforts to collect the name, address, occupation, and name of employer, and to report certain information for individuals whose contributions exceed $90 in a reporting period. Texans for Honesty may not and does not accept contributions from corporations, foreign nationals, national banks, or any person who intends to seek reimbursement for contributions from any other person or entity.
