This number appears to be relegated to the dustbin of history as Joe Biden, and the radical Left in Congress appear poised to add up to six new radical liberals to the Supreme Court. Even Joe Biden previously called historical efforts to pack the Court, “a bonehead idea.”
Yet, that is precisely what he intends to do. Liberal former Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg also stated that 9 justices is the right number. Yet here we stand with the leading Democrat in Congress, House Judiciary Chair Nadler, filing a bill in Congress to immediately add four new Supreme Court Justices.
